Reflections on Group cooperation The current situation of group cooperation 👍 The traditional learning methods in China are influenced by Confucian culture, emphasizing individual efforts. Students are mostly accustomed to passive learning and often play the role of obedience in group assignments, with relatively weak spontaneous leadership and problem-solving abilities (Lau & Jin, 2019). Unlike China, the educational concept in the UK attaches great importance to the cultivation of students' comprehensive qualities. The abilities such as communication, collaboration and problem-solving advocated by cooperative learning are highly consistent with the educational goals in the UK (Cowie 1995). The leading role of design thinking in education is examined from a multi-dimensional perspective Abstract As a creative strategy, design thinking aims to provide a value-oriented way of thinking, break the boundary of the original problem, and strive to find the optimal solution to the problem (Panke, S. 2019).
